Easter Bonnet

– inspired by Ali Hogg (AKA Crazy Dazy)

Instructions:
Using 4 mm needles and double knit wool, cast on 28 stitches
P1 row
(K1, inc) repeat to end
Purl
Knit
K1 (yrn, K2 tog) repeat to last stitch K1 (yrn = yarn round needle)
Beg K row, SS 4 rows.
(K1, K2tog) repeat to end
Beg K row, SS 12 rows
(K2 tog) repeat to end
Purl
(K2 tog) repeat to end
B&T

Making Up:
Turn hat inside out, sew up the row ends of the crown.
Turn hat right side out and sew up row ends of brim.
Fold the brim along the picot edge and catch the cast on edge to the base of the crown on the right side of the hat.
Decorate with a sequin / bead / button of your choice.
