 Cast on 28 stitches - 12 in red, 4 in white and 12 in red.
Work 6 rows in 2st rib: 2 purl, 2 knit but SS the 4 white stitches.
Rows 7 & 8: Continue with 2st rib in red
Row 9: Change to brown and purl,
Row 10: (P1, P2tog)rpt to end (19 stitches).
Row 11: Knit
Row 12: Purl
Row 13: Knit
Row 14: Purl
Row 15: Knit
Row 16: (P1, P2tog)rpt to end (13 stitches).
Row 17: Knit
Row 18: (P2tog)rpt to last st, P1 (7 stitches).
Row 19: (K22tog)rpt to last st, K1 (4 stitches)
Row 20: Purl all four remaining stitches together.
Make two Icords of 7 centimetres long for the sails.
MAKING UP:
Oversew the row ends and turn inside out.
Attach the Icords diagonally across the middle to create the sails
