Instructions:
Using 4 mm needles, cast on 28 stitches in double knit wool
Knit 3 rows
Row 4: (K3, YO, SKP) repeat to end
Row 5: Purl
Row 6: K1, (YO, SKP, K3) repeat to end
Row 7: Purl

Repeat the pattern, always knitting the stitch above the hole, then do the yarn over (YO) followed by the slip one, knit one, pass slipped stitched over (SKP)

Row 15: (K2 tog) repeat to end
Row 16: Purl
Row 17: (K2 tog) repeat to end
B & T tightly

Add a pom-pom in a contrasting colour!

Making Up:
Sew up the back seam and sew on a pom-pom in a contrasting colour.
