Crochet Mouse ~ Designed by Johanna Coombes-Smart

Instructions:
UK Terminology – Head
Use Double Knitting and 4 mm hook
Round 1: Magic Ring 6 dc (6sts)
Round 2: 2 dc in each st (12sts)
Round 3: (2 dc in first st, 1 dc in next st) rpt to end of round (18 sts)
Round 4: (2 dc in first st, 1 dc in next 2 sts) rpt to end (24 sts)
Rounds 5-12: 1 dc in each st (24 sts)

Tail
Chain 13 then dc into 2nd from hook making sure it does not twist, continue to end of row (12sts)
I find crocheting into the top of the chain helps with this.

Ears (make 2)
Round 1: Magic Ring 6 dc (6 sts)

Making Up:
Head: Bind off and sew in ends
Tail: Attach to back of mouse
Ears: Bind off and sew in ends and attach to mouse hat either side towards the front of the hat
Face: Using pink wool/yarn make a mouth and attach googly eyes
