You will need:
4mm Knitting needles
DK Yarn in : Dark Green (DG)
White (W)
Light Pink (LP)
Brown (B)
Scraps of black & yellow yarn
Small Feather

Instructions:
Cast on 34 stitches in DG
Work in stocking stitch throughout, beginning with a Knit row.
Row 1: 10W, 4DG, 6W, 4DG, 10W
Repeat for 2 more rows
Row 4: 10W, 14DG, 10W
Rows 5&6: Same as row 1
Change to LP and work 10 rows
Change to DG
Row 17: Knit
Row 18: (P2tog) to end (17 st)
Row 19: Knit
Change to B
Row 20: (P2 tog) to last st, P1 (9 st)
Row 21: K
Change to DG
Row 22: (P2tog) to last st, P1 (5 st)
B&T
Brim
Cast on 35
Knit 2 rows
Cast off
Sew to bottom of hat

Making Up:
Sew on a face in black and moustache in yellow. Poke a feather into brown band on hat and sew in place.
