Mandy was inspired by the Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch
books for this design. Cast on 28 st. Knit 4 rows black. Starting with a knit row continue in st st for next 14 rows. Alternate working two rows red two rows white. Rows 1 - 4 (Door): K13 in stripe colour, 2 in black and 13 in stripe colour Rows 5 - 6: Red Rows 7 - 8: (Window): K13 in white, 2 in black and 13 in white Rows 9 - 10: Red Rows 11- 12: (Window): K13 in white, 2 in black and 13 in white Rows 13 - 14: Red Change to grey and k2 P2 rib for two rows. Change to yellow for the light and knit 4 rows. Change to black and k2tog to end. P2tog to end. B&T Sew up the row ends and turn inside out. |
