Knit 2 rows
Change to yellow starting with a knit row work 6 rows SS
7th Row: K10, inc in next 10st,turn
             Purl these 20st, turn
             Knit these 20st, turn
             Purl these 20st, turn
             (K2tog 10 times) Knit to end of row
Rows 8 - 12: Stocking Stitch
Begin Hair
Row 13: Change to blue K5, change to yellow P20, change to blue K5
Row 14: P5 blue, K20 yellow, P5 blue
Row 15: Blue - K1 (K1 P1 K1) into next st, P3tog, Yellow – P20, Blue – P3tog (K1 P1 K1) into next st, K1
Row 16: P5 Blue, K20 Yellow, P5 Blue
Row 17: Blue - K1, P3tog, (K1 P1 K1) into next st, Yellow - P20, Blue - (K1 P1 K1) into next st, P3tog, K1
Repeat Rows 13 to 17 once
Change completely to blue. Pattern as follows: Repeat 5 times
1st and 3rd rows: Purl
2nd row: K1, *(K1, P1, K1) into the next st, P3tog, rpt from * to last st, k1
4th row: K1, *P3tog, (K1, P1, K1) into the next st, rpt from * to last st, k1

B & T Tightly
Eyes – make 2:
Cast on 4 in white inc in every stitch.
Starting with a purl row, SS 5 rows,
K2tog repeat to end.
Cast off

Nose (icord):
Cast on 4 stitches in yellow
K 2 rows as icord
B&T

MAKING UP:
Use some black wool to sew pupils into eyes. Gather around the edge of each eye, fill with some wool strands and sew to face as illustrated.
Use black wool to sew on eyelashes. Sew icord nose in place. Turn inside out and sew the row ends of the head and hair.
Using yellow wool secure sides of lip to face. With black wool sew mouth under lips. She may look good with some red lippy
