Using 4mm needles cast on 28
stitches in yellow Garter stitch 14 rows (K2 tog) repeat to end (K2 tog) repeat to end B & T tightly Over sew the row ends Petals - work 5 evenly around the hat Around the top of the hat pick up sections of 6 stitches, these can over lap. Garter stitch 4 rows Cast off a stitch at either end of the next row K1 row Cast off a stitch at either end of the next row K1 row B&T Centre: Cast on 10 stitches in black, garter stitch until you have a square, gather around the edge and sew into the centre of your flower. |
