Instructions:
Using 4mm needles
Cast on 28 sts in turquoise
Knit 2 rows
SS 14 rows
K2tog across row
P2tog across row
B+T Sew up
Sew 2 white pom-poms on top of the hat and then sew 2 small black pom-poms in the middle of the white ones to make the pupils, or you could use black wool and stitch in place.

For the mouth Cast on 6sts in black SS 4 rows Cast off
Sew into place.
